Repeat 2-3 times

Alternative Walking Workout 

  • Walk comfortably for 5-10 minutes. This is a warm-up. 
  • Walk briskly for 1 minute. 
  • Walk at a normal pace for one minute. 
  • Repeat this for 30 minutes 

Power Walking Workout 

  • Walk comfortably for 5-10 minutes. This is a warm-up. 
  • Power walk- fast walk- for 20 minutes 
  • Walk at a normal speed for 5 minutes.  

Nature Walks 

When walking in the grounds, see how many things you can spot.
