Repeat these exercises 2-3 times
Getting started with the green gym:
- Start with 3-5 minutes easy exercise on a cardio machine.
- Choose a weights machine and do 3×10 repetitions (you can do more or less
depending on preferences). - Do a 3-5 minute warm down on a cardio machine (or walk back to the unit)
- Being active in green space has been shown to reduce stress and improve mental wellbeing.
