Getting started with the green gym:

  • Start with 3-5 minutes easy exercise on a cardio machine.
  • Choose a weights machine and do 3×10 repetitions (you can do more or less
    depending on preferences).
  • Do a 3-5 minute warm down on a cardio machine (or walk back to the unit)
  • Being active in green space has been shown to reduce stress and improve mental wellbeing.
