Chair Based Activity

This section gives examples of activities that can be conducted individually, or in a small group on the unit. These may be useful if you might be interested in some structured physical activity but may want to be flexible in the duration and type of physical activity they do.

  • Here are some simple yoga exercises that you can do from your chair.
  • You can work your way through this sequence as many times as you like.
  • Focus on taking slow deep breaths and only
  • do movements that are comfortable for you.
